Dr Paul Cornes


Paul Cornes is an oncologist from Bristol, UK. A NHS cancer clinical trial lead who has lectured on improving the effectiveness of clinical trials, Paul organised the Cambridge Blue-Sky Future Cancer meeting which investigated the institutions and culture required to deliver cancer care 100 years from now. He was also part of the steering group for the recent European School of Oncology Working Party on the Access to Innovation in Cancer Treatment.  Paul spent five years as External Examiner to the Clinical Oncology Training programme at the University of Malaya, where he developed a special interest in delivering cost-effective care in middle income and high-middle income countries.
