Tim Kelsey is Chief Executive of the Australian Digital Health Agency, which is responsible for national digital health services and systems. His previous roles include National Director for Patients and Information for the NHS (England). Tim is an internationally regarded expert in digital transformation of the customer experience in healthcare, and in 2007 launched NHS Choices, the UK’s national online health information service which now reports around 40 million users per month. In 2014 he was named one of the 500 most influential people in the UK by The Sunday Times. Prior to his roles in healthcare, Tim was a national newspaper journalist and a television reporter in the UK.
