Lesley Braun is the Global Director of Blackmores Institute, which focuses on facilitating research and innovation with university and commercial partners, delivering education and science communications for both retail staff and health professionals. Lesley is an Adjunct Associate Professor at both SCU (NCCM) and WSU (NICM) and has held various positions at The Alfred Hospital, Monash University and RMIT University. Lesley has won numerous awards for her work in promoting research and innovation in complementary medicine. She has authored best-selling textbooks, founded a peer-reviewed scientific journal, and is currently the editor-in-chief of FX Medicine, a popular podcast series. She is passionate about the role of diet, lifestyle, and complementary medicine approaches in healthcare and is a strong advocate for supporting women in STEM to become the new leaders of the future.
