Phil Lynch has over 30 years’ experience working at Johnson & Johnson in Consumer Health care in Asia Pacific markets and as leader of the Australian & New Zealand businesses for a six-year period. While leading J&J’s Australian business, Phil was a member of the ASMI Committee of Management and led its finance committee. In November 2020, he re-joined the Consumer Health Products Australia Board as Independent Chair.
