Jesyca Pearson

Jesyca Pearson is a pharmacist intern and emerging First Nations health leader currently completing her early career training after graduating from Charles Sturt University. With several years’ experience across rural community pharmacy settings in New South Wales and Western Australia, Jes is passionate about improving culturally safe healthcare access for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Jes is a recipient of the National Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (NACCHO) Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Pharmacy Leadership Grant and was awarded NSW Pharmacy Student of the Year by the Pharmacy Guild of Australia. She has presented nationally on cultural safety in pharmacy and contributed to First Nations health discussions through the AJP podcast. Her work and research focus on rural health, interprofessional collaboration, and strengthening community-led models of care, reflecting her strong commitment to advocacy, education, and culturally informed practice.
