Fiona Watson is the Managing Partner of Redland Bay Wholelife Pharmacy and Healthfoods and has more than 25 years of experience across the full scope of community pharmacy. Her expertise spans clinical service delivery, business leadership, regulatory compliance, and integrating pharmacy within primary healthcare. Fiona recently completed a Graduate Certificate in Advanced Practice and Prescribing for Pharmacists at James Cook University, where she has now joined the clinical teaching team. Passionate about education and capability building, she is committed to supporting pharmacists on their journey toward full‑scope practice. A respected advisor and sector advocate, Fiona has held senior roles across health, education, and policy, including with Primary Health Networks, The University of Queensland, and QUT. She has served as Chair of the Interim Pharmacy Roundtable and as an inaugural member of the QLD Pharmacy Business Ownership Council. Fiona is currently Vice President of the Pharmacy Guild of Australia (Queensland), contributing to statewide policy work, legislative reform, and the advancement of pharmacists’ scope of practice.
