Jay Pottenger is the General Manager of EQ Minds, a company created to educate and empower people to prioritise and care for their mental health. Prior to helping build EQ Minds, Jay was an athlete and a corporate leader with companies including Westpac and Deutsche Bank.  A postgraduate in Mental Health and Neuroscience, Jay is a keynote speaker and coach with brands including IAG, Woolworths and eBay. He teaches teams simple and actionable insights on how to achieve greater success and satisfaction.
