Kathy Beck is an experienced paediatric dietitian with expertise in, and a passion to support families living with, food allergy. A former registered nurse and dietitian with Queensland Health for 40 years, Kathy now runs a private practice of paediatric dietitians in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.

Kathy has been an active member of the Dietitians Committee of Australasian Society of Clinical Immunology and Allergy (ASCIA) for 15 years, during which time she fulfilled the roles of Chair and Deputy Chair She is currently on the Executive Committee in the role of Education and Training.
