Keely Paul is an experienced pharmacist and pharmacy leader with over two decades of experience in the profession. A graduate of the inaugural pharmacy cohort at James Cook University in 2002, Keely has remained committed to the values of rural health and community impact, having practiced across diverse regional settings in Queensland and Victoria. Over the past eight years, Keely has played a key role in the growth of the IPA (Independent Pharmacist Australia) team, recently stepping into the role of National Professional Services Manager. She is currently undertaking the JCU Full Scope of Practice Program, further strengthening her ability to lead clinical innovation in community pharmacy. In her current role, Keely supports a national network of pharmacists, guiding the implementation of professional services and sustainable health initiatives across the sector. With a deep understanding of both the operational and professional aspects of pharmacy, Keely is passionate about helping pharmacy owners optimise service delivery and unlock business potential in today’s evolving healthcare landscape.
