Meg Chiswell

Meg Chiswell is an internationally recognised leader in healthcare communication, known for designing and delivering transformative communication skills programs across Australia. Over her career, she has personally trained more than 3,500 healthcare professionals, executives and staff, helping to elevate communication standards across clinical and organisational settings. Meg has represented Australia on the teaching subcommittee of the International Association for Communication in Healthcare (EACH) and has played a pivotal role in developing and mentoring many of the country’s healthcare communication educators. She also collaborates closely with academics, clinicians and students at the Centre for Research in Patient Communication in Odense, Denmark. Widely respected for her innovation, Meg co-created the acclaimed programs Your Thoughts Matter and Conversations Matter, which have attracted international attention for their thoughtful design and meaningful partnership with consumers. Alongside her work in education, Meg is an experienced professional coach who supports individuals and teams across the healthcare sector.
